Marshmallow Fluff

Ingredients

• 1 c. aquafaba*

• 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract

• ½ tsp. cream of tartar

• 1 ½ c. granulated sugar

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, beat aquafaba, vanilla extract, and cream of tartar for approximately one minute. 

2. Slowly spoon the granulated sugar into the mixture and beat on a high setting until 

3. Store leftovers in an air-tight container in the fridge.

Notes

• Aquafaba is the brine from a can of chickpeas. One can has approximately 1 c. of aquafaba.
